a) Certificate of Registration - of the Trust.

b) Department of Chest Clinic for running DOTS-Centre in dispensary.

c) Provision of vaccination to infants & kinds other logistics by Deptt. of health services.

d) Order under Section 80-G (5)(VI) of the Income Tax, 1961.

e) Order of registration under Section 12A read with Section 12AA of the Income Tax, 1961.
